How does Pickup work?
Pickup is available and is free of charge. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. Your order could be ready for pickup within a few hours or a few days, depending on stock levels. Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup, you can then pickup from our store address during trading hours. What are the delivery charges for Door-to-Door Courier Shipping?
All orders over R1000 automatically get FREE shipping. Any order below R1000 will incur a flat shipping fee of R100 - these charges only apply to delivery within South Africa. Every Customer that pays for a courier delivery fee will be gifted with a FREE perfume to enjoy.

    How long will delivery take?
    Delivery takes about 1 - 7 working days to deliver anywhere in South Africa, sometimes even faster! No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.

    What time do the couriers deliver?
    Anytime between 8am and 5pm on weekdays (public holidays excluded). You will not be given a specific delivery time as the couriers follow the most convenient route for optimum daily deliveries. Please be sure that you or someone you trust is available at your delivery address during these times.

    How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been fulfilled an email or sms will be sent to you with your tracking link. You will also receive notifications along your order's journey to your door as the couriers update their systems, for eg. 'Collected', 'Out for Delivery' etc.

    I have not received my delivery, and the stated delivery time has passed?
    On rare occasions, or in remote areas, delays can happen. If the expected delivery times are significantly exceeded, please contact  khabzacafe@khabza.com with your order number and we will try to work out what has happened with your shipment and update you accordingly. Rest assured that you will receive your shipment, even it means we have to send you a replacement.
